Uns hat in unserem einwöchigen Urlaub als Familie alles sehr gut gefallen: die großzügige, saubere Ferienwohnung (voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann!), die ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, der schöne und moderne Swimming Pool, die kurzen Fahrzeiten nach Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, Sienna, usw. Aber ganz besonders gut haben uns die freundlichen und sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeber gefallen, die nicht nur alles hervorragend vorbereitet haben (inklusive Broschüre mit allen möglichen Adressen, vom Einkaufsmarkt zur Trattoria, von Stadtplänen bis hin zu Erste Hilfe Adressen), sondern die auch noch interessante Tipps für Events und Ausflugsziele hatten, die von Touristen nicht so überlaufen sind. Kontakt mit den Gastgebern über WhatsApp super unkompliziert. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen (falls man mit dem Auto anreist) und kommen gerne wieder! Mooie en rustige locatie, prachtig uitzicht, fantastisch zwembad! Ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen naar steden zoals Lucca, Firenze, Pisa, Sienna, Volterra. Je wordt er fijn en warm onthaald door Titziana en Walter, ze geven vele tips over hetgeen je kan bezoeken in de omgeving en ze houden met je contact via Whats App.

Belle maison de campagne toscane Super emplacement entre Pise et Florence. Grande piscine et jardin magnifique. Absence de salon et appartement sombre. Un unique lave-linge pour tous les appartements ! Jardiniers qui viennent tondre la pelouse tôt le matin et aussi pendant le petit déjeuner alors que les gens sont à 3 mètres. Parfait ! Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille à la Scuola qui est idéalement placé pour visiter la Toscane. L’appartement est agréable et les aménagements extérieurs (dont la piscine) permettent de profiter de bons moments de détente. Merci à Tiziana et Walter pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et tous leurs très bons conseils pour profiter au mieux de cette région enchantée!
Tiziana and Walter were terrific hosts and the setting was absolutely perfect. The house was great, the AC worked perfectly, the pool was fabulous. And the area is in a great spot close to many beautiful Tuscan towns, Siena and Florence. Tiziana also took time to walk us through some great local restaurants and great towns in the area. I was also there with my wife and kids all of whom had a terrific time - the ping pong table was a nice touch - and the property has beautiful places to just eat outside to eat and enjoy stunning views and sunsets. I highly recommend staying here!!
We loved our stay here! Tiziana thought of everything; the personalized guide with recommendations was helpful, and we could also always contact her via WhatsApp. During this hot weather we really enjoyed the swimming pool and air conditioning. Besides, the location was great to visit Tuscany's best places. We really recommend this place!

Great house located a little outside Fucecchio. The pool area is fantastic, with a beautifully landscaped garden. There was a bit of equipment missing as there were seven of us living in the apartment. There was a bit too little of glassware, kitchen utensils etc, and in addition I had expected that basic goods such as salt, pepper, olive oil and the like would have been available. Nice and clean. Pleasant hosts who gave very good service in terms of travel tips and other things. Flott hus som ligger litt utenfor Fucecchio. Bassengområdet er fantastisk, med en flott opparbeidet hage. Det manglet litt av utstyr siden vi var sju stykker som bodde i leiligheten. Glass, kjøkkenredskaper etc var det litt for lite av, og i tillegg hadde jeg forventet at basisvarer som salt, pepper, olivenolje og lignende hadde vært tilgjengelig. Rent og pent. Hyggelig vertskap som ga svært god service med tanke på reisetips og annet.
Logement très propre,conforme aux photos. L'accueil de Tiziana et Walter est génial. Toujours prêts à rendre service tout en étant discrèts. Superbe piscine. Il faudrait juste un peu plus de bain de soleil autour de la piscine lorsque tous les logements sont réservés ?
Ruim appartement voorzien van alle gemakken, prima stevig bed en natuurlijk het heerlijke zwembad. Rustig gelegen maar op rijafstand van veel leuke plekken. Duidelijke informatiemap met goede tips was aanwezig. Alle ramen zijn voorzien van horren. Een comfortabele stoel in de woon-eetkeuken zou wel lekker zijn.
Very nice place on a small hill land with wide views over the Tuscany. The rooms and the pool was very clean. Tiziana was easy to communicate with and did a great job as a host. Nothing to complain about. The location is best for daytrips to Florence, Volterra & the Chianti as well as Livorno & Pisa. All places are in reach of 1-1,5 hours.
The hosts were very kind and always available to help us out. The rooms were nice and clean. The outside area was very calm and perfect to relax. Not too many other guests you need to share the swimming pool with which is a plus.
Abbiamo soggiornato con amici ai primi di giugno, ottima la sistemazione in ampi (e freschi) appartamenti arredati di tutto, con piscina a disposizione; ideale la posizione di Fucecchio, da cui si può visitare le località d'arte con un breve viaggio in auto ! Caldamente consigliato un soggiorno per famiglie / amici / coppie e quant'altri !!!
Schöne, ruhig gelegene Anlage mit unglaublichem Blick in die umliegende Landschaft. Unser Appartement war mit allem Komfort und liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die freundliche und aufmerksame Art von Signora Tiziana. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen.

L’appartamento era molto pulito e ben tenuto. Abbiamo trascorso a Fucecchio solo 4 giorni ma è stata una bella mini vacanza. Tiziana è stata molto disponibile, anche nella ricerca di ristoranti aperti in questo periodo di ferie. Luogo tranquillo per una vacanza rilassante. Il tutto al top!
La struttura è eccellente perché è un angolo di Paradiso!!! Tiziana è molto disponibile e gentile, sa consigliare luoghi da vedere e dove mangiare. L'alloggio molto accogliente e ben attrezzato, la piscina e il verde intorno offrono un piacevole e rilassante soggiorno. Sicuramente vacanza da ripetere...a presto!!!
Pulizia impeccabile nella pace delle colline toscane, la piscina è bellissima, la proprietaria sig.ra Tiziana è super gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo stati sia con i bambini che solo adulti, siamo stati sempre benissimo

Bellissima struttura curata in ogni particolare.Punti di forza : l'estrema pulizia della casa e delle aree comuni con ampi spazi a propria disposizione garanzia di relax e riservatezza, vicinanza a tutte le città d'arte(Firenze è raggiungibile in treno in 40 minuti), situata in collina gode di un ottima posizione e cmq vicino ha tutti i servizi e su tutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria Sig.ra Tiziana innamorata del proprio territorio e capace di trasmetterlo ai propri ospiti. Tiziana was a lovely host and was there to meet us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. There was a folder with all the information of places to go and see with addresses of places to eat and supermarkets. We asked Tiziana where the train station to go to Florence was and she turned up with a print out of the train times and directions to the station, very helpful. The area is beautiful and ideally situated, being half way between Pisa and Florence. We had a lovely time and would come back.
EXCELLENT!! This would be one word to describe my vacation week at La Scuola Di Furio in June of 2018. There are many others, all positive just too many to list. I cannot say enough good things about this holiday home and I hope whoever is planning a trip to this area will book here and undoubtably find the same. The property is perfectly located with a short distance by car to all amenities and a fantastic home base for day trips while you explore more of Tuscany. I traveled with 3 women friends and we stayed in two different suites in the main building. Both lovely, extremely, extremely clean, well appointed with anything you would want or need, just add groceries and wine; cannot forget the wine! The rooms are spacious, open kitchen and seating area, comfortable beds, ample seating areas both inside and out. A lovely terrace for enjoying watching the sunset and discussing your day. The grounds are very well maintained, the pool is wonderful and perfect for an evening swim or for taking a book, a towel, and just sitting back reading, daydreaming or just enjoying the peacefulness of your surroundings. Our hosts Tiziana, Walter, and Napo could not have been more wonderful. Even before we arrived we received cards from Tiziana welcoming us. When we arrived she was there immediately, provided personal referrals to grocery stores, restaurants and advice for our day trips. She even provided direction on the train system and helped us on our first journey. Never more than a call or What’s App away our questions were answered. we had many adventures however there were a couple of highlights. One was a gracious tour of the family business where high-end shoes are manufacturing from beginning to end. The other was when we convinced Tiziana to join us for a day in Cortona. How many people would take a whole day to tour with her guests. This location is surrounded by beauty, lovely winding roads to walk and explore, take some photos so you will always have a reminder of this little piece of the world. A long post, I know, however I cannot leave without mentioning the other villa on-site. While the main building is more traditional with a rustic Tuscan flare the other villa is fabulous as well. More of a modern contemporary feel. Think winding staircase, leather furniture, two bedrooms, bathrooms, just walking in you will fall in love. Either will not disappoint.

Loved our apartment! An authentic Italian villa. Tiziana made sure that we had everything we needed and more! The view is amazing, it is close proximity to Lucca (which I loved), Pisa, the beach and Florence! Thank you, Tiziana! I hope to be back in the future!

La Scuola di Furio is a very, very nice location to explore Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Miniato, Vinci, Pistoia or even the seaside. It is located on a hill - with a fantastic view - in a quiet area where you can almost feel like a local. The main house and Villa Maura are surrounded by a park and there is a large and clean pool. We had been staying in Villa Maura for 2 weeks (2 adults + 4 kids). The villa is spacious, clean, really well-equipped and comfortable. In the back of the villa is your own barbecue place. Our host Tiziana was very welcoming and helpful, and provided local information and recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Tiziana and her brother Walter made everything for us to relax and enjoy our holidays. Grazie mille! We would definitely stay there again.
Posto ideale dove ricaricare le energie. Tutto è bello: la piscina, l'appartamento (perfettamente arredato e attrezzato), l'area verde che circonda la proprietà. Puoi goderti la pace come pure visitare le città d'arte e la campagna toscana. Sempre ben gentile e disponibile la proprietaria, Sig.ra Tiziana prodiga di suggerimenti per poter assaporare al meglio le bellezze e le specialità culinarie della zona… Quindi buon relax!
I highly recommend this location, this property and working with Tiziana. You wont regret your stay here. Our family of 5 including children ages 15, 10 and 3or stayed here last summer and had a very memorable stay. Great food, great recommendations and help from Tiziana, great pool and perfect scenery. Must have a car but puts you very central to many traveling locations and gives you a very peaceful place to rest and relax. Many, many thanks Tiziana!
Wir hatten zu fünft (vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) zwei wunderbare Wochen in La Scuola di Furio. Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet einen großen, schön bepflanzten Garten. Das Haus ist perfekt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet - mehr geht nicht. Der Pool ist traumhaft schön und groß genug. Besonders schön ist es, dort auf einem Liegestuhl im Schatten des Baumes zu entspannen. An Ausstattung im Haus/in der Küche ist alles da, was man benötigt, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und konnten uns einige wertvolle Tipps verraten. Zusammenfassend: eine traumhafte Unterkunft, auf einem tollen Anwesen! Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert! Wir hatten eine wirklich erholsame und wundervolle Zeit! DANKE
Posizione ottima per visitare le citta' d'arte e la circostante campagna toscana.Ideale per il relax offre tranquillita'ed na bellissima piscina.L'appartamento curato nei minimi particolari e completato da un bel bagno nuovo.Grazie ai suggerimenti della propr.Sig.ra Tiziana abbiamo scoperto i migliori sapori della cucina toscana e la citta' di Fucecchio con le sue tradizioni, come il Palio e la festa medioevale di Salamarzana che si terra'a settembre ..motivo in piu' per ritornare alla "Scuola di Furio"!
Great villa and superb hosts - Tiziana and Walter were so helpful and always on hand. The villa is spotlessly clean, had everything we needed for our stay and has a wonderful view over the local hills. The swimming pool was a great place to relax on lazy days. The location is ideal - mid way between Florence and Pisa. We made trips to Florence (by car and also by train - recommend train from Empoli), Gimignano (recommend going later in day when day trippers are leaving - magical at night), Vinci, Pistoia and others. Our hosts provided lots of useful information and recommendations where to eat. We would certainly recommend Trattoria Ferretto in Querce. There are also plenty of large supermarkets within 5-10 minute drive. It was lovely to cook and eat outside on an evening (and breakfast). Great WiFi too for our 15 year old daughter!! We loved it.

Ce merveilleux endroit a comblé toutes nos attentes et correspondait parfaitement à la description qui en était faite. La propreté, l’attention avec lesquels les propriétaires prennent soin de leur bien sont remarquables : l’endroit est tenu comme il doit l’être, que ce soit l’appartement ou le jardin, la piscine particulièrement est l’objet d’une préoccupation particulière : elle est parfaite! Les propriétaires ont également le souci de se manifester de temps à autre, sans compter les précieux conseils qu’ils donnent question centres d’intérêt, etc. C’est un endroit que nous recommandons chaleureusement à quiconque souhaite passer quelques jours ou quelques semaines dans un superbe endroit parfaitement tranquille.
Unsere 3 Kinder hatten recht, als sie sagen, das sei das schönste Ferienhaus, in dem sie je waren. Die Anlage ist wunderschön; man kann dort sehr gut relaxen. Es liegt einem wunderbar gestalteten Garten mit Swimmingpool. Die Vermieter sind sehr warmherzige, zuvorkommende Menschen, die unsere Wünsche gerne erfüllten und alle unsere Fragen kompetent beantworten konnten. Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort - aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal! Wir kommen garantiert wieder. Das Urlaubsgeld war gut angelegt!
We love this place. We first visited in 2008 with our baby son and returned in June 2011 with our son now four and our baby daughter. The apartments are immaculately clean, well equipped and comfortable, The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, The facilities are great - there really is everything you need, including a washing machine. Th2e pool area is the best we have experienced in 10 years of independent holidaying in Italy. It is clean, well kept and set slightly away from the house making it safer when young children are wandering around on the lawns. Tiziana and Walter could not be more helpful and they provide helpful information about the surrounding area. I would recommend La Scuola to anyone.
Pisa, Florenz und Lucca sind nicht weit entfernt und sehr gut erreichbar. Tiziana, die Besitzerin, ist überaus freundlich. Sie spricht deutsch und hat uns schon mit einem dicken Ordner über mögliche Ausflugsziele und Aktivitäten begrüßt und war auch sonst jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung Pispolo ist sehr gut eingerichtet und gemütlich. Im kleinen Garten direkt vor der Tür kann man ungestört frühstücken oder einfach nur sitzen und lesen. Der Pool im großen Garten ist fantastisch. Selbst bei großer Hitze lässt es sich hier gut aushalten, denn es weht meist eine angenehme kleine Brise. Der nahe gelegene Ort Fucechio hat eine schöne Altstadt, nette Lokale und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir können einen Ferienaufenthalt in La Scuola di Furio bestens empfehlen.
Toskana im Mai 2016. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Toskana. Trotz einiger Wolkentage konnten wir mit den Tips von Tiziana viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Sehr saubere Wohnung. Sehr gepflegter Garten. Der Pool ist vom Feinsten. Ausreichend Parkplätze befinden sich auf dem Grundstück. Mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit nach Pisa,Siena und Florenz. Auch die Steinbrüche von Carrara sind sehenswert. Lucca ist so wunderschön.In Fucecchio konnten wir alles einkaufen was wir brauchten. Ein uriges italienisches Restaurant liegt ganz in der Nähe. Es fehlte an nichts.Der Erholungsfaktor war einfach spitze. Danke.
